However, with my EasyApp Forms, work will be easier for employees in the construction industry. With the application, companies in the construction industry design their digital forms which are quicker, smarter, and reduce the amount of time that was initially spent on re-entering data and filling the standard forms. Customers in the construction industry prefer digital reports and the availability of EasyApp helps in digitizing inspections. The application brings numerous benefits to the construction companies. For instance, inspectors using their tablet or smartphone enters data directly regardless the site or location of the construction. The app saves time, eliminates redundant questions, and ensures that crucial information is filled (Huah, 2013: 32). Inspectors can also add pictures, and once the form is filled, it can be emailed directly to the client and the office. The target market is all companies in the construction industry. The idea will be funded by government grants and by soliciting venture-capital investors (Leong, Tan Leong, 2014: 3). Resources involved in the implementation of the idea include office equipment, people with information technology knowledge, finances, and time.
